A quiet weekend break in the Winter or a full family holiday in the Summer, The Boathouse offers an idyllic setting on the tranquil South Walsham Broad deep in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. You can row, sail, fish, bird watch or just watch the world go by. Originally built by my grandfather in the 1922 with and extension added in 1993 and totally refurbished the inside in 2012 to give you all the comfort you could require.
The Outside has benefited from a new thatch, quay heading, Deck and Balcony in recent years. A rowing dingy is included during the summer to get round the broad. Beautiful views in a stunning position. Possibly one of the most tranquil places on the broads with amazing sunsets. Just right to unwind and relax by yourselves or with friends.
You are more than welcome to bring your own boats, launching facilities nearby at Russell Marine. We can supply list of local day boat hire Company's, please just call.

We have a beautiful waterfront property on the Island of Grenada for rental.
Dunhams Villa is a unique holiday property built in 2014, built into the hill with a lawn roof offering a roof top garden. Offering sea views, the property faces East and enjoys views of Port Egmont. The property also has a boat dock with a swimming ladder for dips into the harbour.
3 double bedrooms with king sized double beds. Two on the first floor with doors opening onto the balcony and one on the ground floor. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. The large kitchen is located on the first floor, which leads to large double doors that open out to the balcony area offering stunning waterside views.
